Submission Guidelines and Review Process
The mLife conferences have two major streams: Research and Practice streams. The research stream will promote discussions and exchange of ideas on significant and recent research on the topics and issues related all aspect of mobile life. The Practice stream will have various practice talks, exhibition and demo of Mobile IT solutions, applications and services.
The Research Sessions: These session aims to provide a forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange ideas, promote discussions and support wider reach of mobilelife issues. There will be a number of high quality keynote, case study, policy and research presentations.
The research presentations will promote discussions and exchange of ideas on significant issues on recent research, policy, best practices and new developments on Mobile Life through presentations and posters.
Participants from academia, research units/institutions, government agencies are particularly encouraged to submit their work to these sessions.
Practice Sessions: These sessions aim to get public or private sector professionals to exhibit current developments in mobile IT solutions, and present demos of mobile life applications and services. Various industry participants, NGOs and civil society and government organisations will gather to create a showcase of the most recent mobile life solutions.
Participants from IT and telecom companies, mobile phone and device manufacturers, IT departments of Government Units and technology developing researchers are particularly encouraged to submit their Mobile IT solutions, content, services, systems, applications, devices and other technological exhibitions and demos to these sessions.
The mLife Conferences also invites proposals for posters, demos, tutorial, and exhibitions. Please refer to relevant pages on this site for specific instructions.
Submission
You can submit research or practice papers. All submissions should be sent via: http://m4life.org/openconf/openconf.php indicating which conference it is intended for and they must all conform to the particular instructions or authors’ guidelines (see the download link above).
All papers should be written in English and may contain research, policy, best practices, and cases covering any subjects related to all aspects of mobile life.
The Review Process
All submissions are subject to review and acceptance. mLife conferences are committed to create a high standard content. Full research papers will be double-blind-reviewed by the members the International Program Committee. After the review process all accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings provided that at least one author registers and presents the paper at the conference.
